Holistic Health Assessment:

This therapist will help you decide some of the best options of care that will get you on the road to health and wellness by building a holistic treatment plan just for you.

Life Coaching:

A professional service that is an on-going collaborative parnership built on helping you take action to make necessary changes. It provides feecbak, insgihts, and guidence from an outside vantage point with the goal of building a powerful alliance to help you help yourself.

Therapeutic Massage:

A hand-on therapy involving used as a complement to tradtional health care approaches used to release stress and promote healing. It is the specific movement and minpulation of the soft tissue to release tension and promote healthy body function. Massage is also known to release natural pain killers and boost the immune system.

Acupuncture:

A form of traditional Chinese healing that activates the body’s own healing response and helps to return you to your original stage of balance.

Naturopathic Medicine:

Naturopathic medicine is a branch of medicine that seeks to maintain, improve and restore health by enhancing the healing power of the body and nature. It utilizes the principles of Homeopathy, Nutrition, and Herbal Medicine to allow the body to revert to a higher state of wellness and help prevent future disease. Naturopathic medicine also promotes healthy living and aims to be preventive as well as restorative.

CranioSacral Therapy:

Lymphatic Drainage:

A hands-on technique designed to attain and sustain proper functioning human fluid system. It helps recirculation of body fluids, stimulate functioning of the immune system, and promoting a state of relaxation and balance within the autonomic nervous system.

Reflexology:

An ancient healing art to promote overall good health. The skillful application of pressure to specific points in the feet to promote healthy communication throughout the entire nervous system, restoring balance and harmony.

Individual Counseling:

Group Counseling:

A mind-body intervention. Imagery is a window to an individual’s inner world, a way of viewing ideas, feelings and interpretations. Imagery can have direct affects on physiology stimulating changes in many bodily functions usually considered inaccessible to conscious influence. Meditation:

Group of techniques used to help quiet the mind and calm the sprit. The goal of meditation is to help slow the frantic thoughts and feelings that occure in everyday life. This practice can help to relieve stress and promote sense of peace and relaxation which helps to promote a healthy body.

Reiki:

Energy based modality in which the practitioner acts as a conduit for energy from the Universe in to addition to the client’s internal energy to achieve inner healing. It is based on the concept that in order for the body to be free of disease and be healthy, energy must flow freely. It utilizes the seven charkas of the body to find balance and free flow of energy.
